How do I track my order?
 

For domestic orders (USA) we ship using USPS. For all other destinations we use USPS or DHL.  An email will be sent to you with your tracking information within 72hrs (not including Sundays or Holidays).

 

  

What are your delivery options?
 

Domestic orders are processed, packaged & shipped within 1-3 business days & sent via USPS with Delivery Confirmation included. You will receive an email with your delivery confirmation number when the package is sent.

International orders will be processed & packed within 1-3 business days & shipped within 5 days via USPS air. International shipments usually arrive to customers within 1-3 weeks (*customs can legally hold packages as long as they feel necessary, please allow up to 8 weeks at the absolute latest for delivery). For International addresses, the delivery confirmation service is not available. We suggest you speak with your daily mail carrier and let them know you have an international package on the way as sometimes international packages are held at your local mail center. CURATED cannot be held responsible for any taxes/duties or lost international packages.

Domestic and international customers can contact USPS via their website, usps.com. International customers can contact DHL via the number provided on their website.

Curated ships worldwide via USPS or DHL.

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Curated accepts domestic returns within 7 days of the delivery date of your order. We offer returns in the form of store credit, refunds, and exchanges. Orders outside of 7 days can not be returned for refunds,  but can be returned for store credit or exchange. International orders and discounted items (items on sale or purchased with a discount code) cannot be returned under any circumstance. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
